11 Healthy Habits for Self Healing

1. Love and nurture yourself unconditionally. Take really good care of yourself as if you were a small child, pet or plant.

2. Keep the promises you make to yourself.

3. Spend time enjoying nature often. Get fresh air & sunlight, walk barefoot on the grass, relax near water, listen to the birds chirping etc.

4. Move your body! Stretch daily. Exercise, run or walk for 30 minutes, at least 3 times a week.

5.Identify and understand your triggers, and utilize skills that help you cope.

6. In moments of stress take two deep, slow breaths; the stress will pass. Remember, you are safe even in uncomfortable situations.

7. Eat healthy food in correct quantities, stay hydrated and get restful sleep.

8. Work well, not hard - and celebrate all of your wins, no matter how small.

9. Treat yourself and enjoy the pleasures of life, but don't overdo it.

10. Forgive yourself and others easily and quickly and move on. Life is always moving, don't get stuck in the past.

11. Practice gratitude daily and frequently let go of the thoughts, habits, mindsets & experiences that not longer allow you to live your best life.

Learning more about myself from the blog is helping me make small changes that are making a big difference in my life. Spending more time on getting to know "me" felt weird at first but now it feels so necessary. Thanks so much!

I love how my beads & jewelry remind me throughout the day of my power and the magic of the universe. They've helped me stay grounded and focused on what I desire so that I can manifest the things I really want in my life. And they're beutiful and make me feel like a goddess! Good energy!
